Mobile to Mobile offers minutes from one qualifying WCW mobile to another qualifying WCW mobile when both mobiles are in the WCW 16-County home area and phones display West Central Wireless.
If in the 16-County home area and the phone displays another carrier's name, turn the phone off and back on to connect with a WCW tower. Calls made or received with another carriers name will be charged at .60 cents per minute.
Minutes used outside the WCW 16-County home area are considered roaming.
Roaming is a flat rate of .60 cents per minute.
