Tom Green, Concho, McCulloch, San Saba, Menard, Mason, Reagan, Kimble, Kerr, Gillespie, Kendall, Irion, Sterling, Schleicher, Glasscock, and Coke counties.
Night, Weekend, and Mobile to Mobile minutes are restricted to the 16-County home area and phone must display West Central Wireless.
Mobile to Mobile offers minutes from one qualifying WCW mobile to another qualifying WCW mobile when both mobiles are in the WCW 16-County home area and phones display West Central Wireless.
If in the 16-County home area and the phone displays another carrier's name, turn the phone off and back on to connect with a WCW tower. Night, Weekend, and Mobile to Mobile minutes made or received with another carriers name will be counted as anytime minutes.
