Here's a list of opportunities to consider:
Customer Care Specialist: Help customers by providing them a high level of support and solutions over the phone. Daily activities include but are not limited to answering questions about customer's accounts, helping them select the best products and services for their needs, and assisting in the monthly statement generation process. Candidates must have a servant's heart and problem solving skills.
Account Manager: Serve customers in the store with the highest level of knowledge and customer service possible. A few of the daily activities of an Account Manager include helping customers choose the best products and services for their needs, following up with existing customers to ensure they are happy with their products and services, and calling on new customers to join the "Home Team". Candidates must be outgoing and personable and enjoy dealing with people.
